Across the street buyers can find a similar building for half the price.  205 East 59th street stands 27 stories high and has only 62 apartments throughout it with an average price per foot of $1,521.  It’s most recognizable feature is the 20 foot ceilings and fireplaces that occupy the corner units.  The building also offers a slew of amenities including a Pooch Center for your dog.
